The Cake Pops line was born from the vision to create a modern, versatile, and universally understandable pastry collection, a culinary expression that transcends languages and cultures, connecting people through visual and sensory language.

In a world shaped by digital language, this collection of cake pops transforms today’s cultural pulse into playful, edible icons. Inspired by the universal vocabulary of emojis, each piece captures the energy, emotions, and contradictions of our hyperconnected era.

Inspiration and Food Design

The Cake Pops project is rooted in a creative food design journey, focused on the development of innovative molds through 3D design. Every detail of the molds was meticulously crafted to enable new forms of pastry expression. In the pastry area, the primary goal was to develop a mold that could be used for entremets, with the added feature of an extra component that allows the same molds to be adapted for parfaits or ice creams. This dual-purpose approach expands the creative and functional possibilities of each piece.

Cake Meets Pop An Explosion of Flavor and Experience

The name Cake Pops is a play on the words “cake” and “pop.” "Pop" refers both to the explosion of flavor and the visual and sensory impact of each piece. Each mold integrates an external element—usually liquid or confit—that creates an unexpected burst or break, turning each bite into an interactive experience.
